We adopt the laser engraving technology . The entire process utilizes 100% imported chromium oxide powder, which results in a wear-resistant coating with three key advantages:

The selection of the appropriate texture volume is based on the different properties of the equipment (scraping method, working accuracy and running speed, etc.), the characteristics of the ink or glue, the printing materials with different ink-absorbing or glue properties, and the graphics and text on the flexographic printing plate. Determined by the different ink volumes required, and then refer to the "Anilox Roller Mesh Geometric Parameters and Volume Table" to select the appropriate anilox specifications. Mesh types with different shapes and transfer volumes can be designed and customized according to special needs.
